This website is owned and operated by Agenics, LLC.

Access to and use of this website and the products and services available through this Website (collectively, the "Services") are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices (the "Terms of Service"). By using the Services, you are agreeing to all of the Terms of Service, which may be updated, suspended or terminated by Agenics without notice in Agenics’ absolute and unfettered discretion. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms of Service.

You acknowledge that all products that you order through this website are intended for personal, domestic, non-commercial use only, not for resale.

PRICING

  1. Prices are subject to change without notice.

  2. Prices for standard water test kits include shipment to facility and the materials for water collection (insulated shipper w/ white box, freezer packs and sterile vials).

  3. Prices do not include return 2nd day shipping. Return shipping costs are calculated upon checkout (if requested).

  4. Bulk pricing is available for orders of 10 or more vials.

  5. We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details and prices of products on the Agenics website are correct at the time of online publication. However, we reserve the right to correct any publishing errors on the website and cancel orders made at the incorrect price.

GOVERNMENT & UNIVERSITY PRICING

  1. Agenics offers special discounts for government and university orders.To obtain this pricing, customer must request a government or university

    1. purchase ID (PID) by inputting a valid government or university email address.

      1. This email address will only be used to communicate the purchase ID.

    2. The PID is valid up to one year from date of request. Customer must request a new purchase ID at the end of the one year term.

    3. Unlawful use of the purchase ID (e.g. giving the PID to a non-government or non-university customer for use) will result in a voided order and a refund for the full amount will be given.

      1. Restrictions may apply to offender. Such restrictions include but are not limited to:

        1. Restrictions to online ordering

        2. Revocation of PID use

CHANGING YOU ORDER

  1. We will do our best to accommodate you should you wish to make a change to your Agenics order including substitution or addition of services, changing the delivery address or cancelling your order. This is possible only up until your order has been assigned to our shipping department. Please phone 719.466.5592 or email orders@agenics.net with the details of the change required.

  2. Please note that these changes may not be reflected in future email correspondence regarding your order.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  1. Please take care to ensure accuracy when entering the delivery address for your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect packages once they have left our shipping department. Where the shipping address differs from the billing address, please ensure permission is obtained for the disclosure of personal information under the Privacy Act for third party recipients.

  2. Delivery of water collection kits are sent via UPS® Ground. According to the UPS® website, ground shipments can take anywhere from 1 – 6 business days (depending on location) to be delivered. If you would like the water collection kit to be shipped sooner, you must call to place the order and pay for the cost of shipping to your facility. Agenics will only cover the cost of ground shipping to a facility.

  3. Orders placed by 1:00pm (MDT) will be shipped from Agenics the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00pm (MDT) will ship the following business day.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

  • For any orders outside of the U.S., please call to order. Please note that Agenics does not offer HPC testing to oversee customers due to the time sensitive nature of our business.

  • Agenics offers HPC testing for Alaska and Hawaii; however return shipping costs will be higher.

SECURE PAYMENTS

  1. All major credit and debit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover and Diners Club.

  2. We regret that we are unable to process sales on account, nor accept payment via direct bank deposit.

  3. To ensure protection of your credit card details, credit card payments are processed using a secure, third party payment gateway service run by Stripe.com

  4. Details about our partner Stripe and the information they capture and how the service works can be found at www.stripe.com.

  5. By placing an order, you are offering to purchase items from us on and subject to the Terms of Service contained herein. Agenics may accept or reject this offer at its discretion at any point up until the order is dispatched. For example, but not limited to, if the payment method appears fraudulent or the items are being purchased in commercial quantities. We reserve the right to cancel the customer account.

RETURNING YOUR KIT(S)

  1. The goal of Agenics, LLC is to provide accurate water test results in a prompt manner for dental practices. Accurate results are guaranteed so long as the customer follows the protocol provided by Agenics, LLC.

  2. We do not accept the return of unused water collection kits for a refund. Once the water collection kit has arrived to your facility it is considered “unsterile”.

  3. Once samples have been collected, return the water collection kit using either the pre-paid 2nd Day Air label (if requested upon checkout) or your own 2nd Day return label.

  4. Kits are required to be returned to our lab via 2nd Day Air due to the time sensitive nature of the testing process.

  5. Collection of water samples should be done on a Monday or Tuesday to ensure delivery to our laboratory by Thursday.

  6. Samples received any later than Thursday are subject to being voided and or delayed until the following Monday. Results may be compromised.

REFUNDS

  1. If at any time you feel that we have made a mistake in processing your order, please call us at 719-466-5592 or email our accounting department at accounting@agenics.net within 14 days of receipt of your order.

  2. We may not be able to refund your account the same day your credit card has been processed. Please allow at least 5 business days for a refund to be credited to your card.

FEEDBACK

  • We welcome feedback and attend to all feedback and complaints promptly. For your own protection and security, please do not send your credit card details via a web forum or email communication.

PRIVACY

  • Our privacy policy, which sets out how we will use your information, can be found at [insert hyperlink to privacy policy here]. By using this website, you consent to the processing of information as described therein and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

  1. These Terms of Service are to be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these Terms of Service, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the State of Colorado.

  1. Agenics Materials, including pages and online images, are protected by the Copyright Laws of Colorado. All rights are reserved.

  2. When you access the Agenics website you agree that you may retrieve the Agenics materials for information only. You may save a local copy or send it to your printer for your own personal use or in order to inform authorized and potential users about the Agenics materials. However, you may not make any charge for such use and any commercial exploitation is expressly prohibited.
